Printed precisely layer by layer instead of pressed into a mould. That means design freedom to put material exactly where it's needed. The result: a comfortable frame that sits firm and stable — yet weighs just 26 g.

One single print
The hinge is printed in the very same process. No screws that rust, no springs that wear out. No exposed parts for sweat, salt or sand to attack.

Smart venting
Integrated channels along the top edge of the frame create a steady, cooling airflow. Heat build-up and annoying lens fogging are noticeably reduced.

Optimised fit
The anatomically optimised shape with our custom-developed nose pad keeps the glasses exactly where they belong — and they grip even better once you start sweating.

Clear vision
Premium lenses by Carl Zeiss Vision Sunlens reveal every detail of the terrain, even in fast-changing light. Instead of cheaper polycarbonate we use high-grade, distortion-free polyamide. The Ri-Pel coating makes water and dirt bead off and protects against scratches.

The print simulation reconstructs the actual geometry from the original product design — just like the laser fuses the polyamide particle by particle. Generative, every gram put to good use.
