About Tomorrow People
What is Tomorrow People?
Tomorrow People is a German eyewear brand for sport and everyday life, founded by Jan Frodeno and Felix Rüdiger. Its first model, DAYONE, is 3D-printed from polyamide and fitted with Carl Zeiss Vision Sunlens precision lenses.
Does Jan Frodeno have his own sunglasses brand?
Yes. Together with Felix Rüdiger, Jan Frodeno founded Tomorrow People. Its first sports-sunglasses model, DAYONE, is made in Germany – as are all the models still to come.
Which sunglasses does Frodeno wear?
Frodeno wears the DAYONE – the sports sunglasses of his own brand Tomorrow People. Made in Germany, with Carl Zeiss Vision Sunlens precision lenses.
What makes the DAYONE special?
A frame laser-sintered in Germany, lenses by Carl Zeiss Vision Sunlens, an in-house hinge with no screws or metal, venting against fogging and a secure fit even on narrow faces. At just 26 g, extremely light — and, thanks to SLS, especially robust and durable.
Where is Tomorrow People made?
In Germany. Every pair is laser-sintered and packed and shipped by hand.
What's included?
Every DAYONE comes with a microfibre pouch in Tomorrow People design — it protects and cleans the lenses — plus a magnetic protective case that keeps your pair safe on the road and at home.
Fit & size
DAYONE is one size with a contoured nose bridge and soft silicone pad (not adjustable). The pad grips more the more you sweat. Frame geometry and temple grip keep it secure – even on smaller and narrower faces, with no bounce when you run. Weight: approx. 26 g.
Lenses & vision
Precision lenses by Carl Zeiss Vision Sunlens, filter category 2, 100% UV400 – ideal for bright to changing daylight. Each colour has a matched lens (Graphite Flow, Infra Motion or Solar Mirror).
Material & manufacturing
The frame is laser-sintered from polyamide (SLS) in Germany – precise, light, less waste. Made & engineered in Germany.
