Refund policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take(s) possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Plan A GmbH, Metzer Straße 50, 66117 Saarbrücken, Germany, email: hello@wearetomorrowpeople.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
