Most sports eyewear comes out of an injection mould — thousands of identical parts from one tool. Tomorrow People doesn’t. Every frame grows additively, layer by layer, laser-sintered in Germany. That changes everything: shape, weight, durability — and the feel in your hand.

SLS – Selective Laser Sintering

No injection moulding, no mould. A laser fuses fine polyamide powder point by point, layer by layer (~0.1 mm each), until the frame takes shape in the powder bed. That makes geometries and designs possible that no injection mould allows — thin-walled, contoured, with no seam or parting line. It’s also why small, limited runs work for us: an injection mould only pays off over tens of thousands of units — our process doesn’t need one.

One hinge, one material

The hinge isn’t a bought-in metal part that rusts, sticks or works loose. We print it from the same polyamide as the frame — flexing via an engineered rotation geometry. No screw, no spring, no gap for sweat, salt or sand to settle in. Fewer parts, less wear, nothing that rattles.

Vented, contoured, light

Vents along the top edge keep air moving over the lenses — noticeably less fogging and less trapped heat under the glasses. The contoured nose bridge with silicone pad grips better the more you sweat.

Filter category 2, 100% UV400, contrast-tuned – bright, not black, so you stay safe and able to read the ground as the light changes. Coated against water, dirt and scratches. Six colours, each with a matched lens.
